We offer a flexible pricing structure to support both community use and professional events, ensuring the venue remains at the heart of village life.

Parish Rates
Hunston residents or Hunston based organisations
£12.00 per hour
Non-Parish & Corporate Rates
£15.00 per hour
All hire charges include access to the kitchen facilities, along with kitchenware and cleaning equipment, as well as tables and chairs to accommodate up to 120 guests.
Deposits
A refundable security deposit is required to confirm all bookings: £50 for standard hires, or £200 where alcohol is present. This will be returned in full provided no damage occurs. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit, and where costs exceed the deposit amount, a separate invoice will be issued for the outstanding balance.
Liability Insurance
Where external entertainment providers are engaged (including bouncy castles), valid public liability insurance documentation must be supplied at least two weeks prior to the event. This is a requirement to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
